How the Great Resignation resulted in higher wages for many

The Great Resignation resulted in higher wages for many.  The Pew Research Center reported higher wages and job satisfaction for those who quit.  But another study performed by UKG found that more than 40% of the employees who quit felt they were better off in their previous job as they faced similar problems in the new ones. UKG study link  Both studies point to addressing issues that lead to job dissatisfaction.  What’s your thoughts on issues driving the current labor market?
